4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the grounds of being directly related to the formation or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), the legal obligation of the data controller (Art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f), and your explicit consent (Art. 5/1 — analytics/marketing cookies).
5. Transfers
Your data may be transferred to our domestic/foreign hosting, email and analytics service providers, and to authorities and persons in legal disputes, in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
6. Rights of the data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it is, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request rectification if processed incompletely or inaccurately, request erasure or destruction, request that this be notified to third parties, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage.
